Michael brings over a decade of experience in the financial services, having worked for global banks and consultancies across strategy, M&A, product management, and UHNWI client advisory. Originally with a background in computer science, Michael transitioned into Finance, taking him around the globe – from Hong Kong to Zurich, New York, and Singapore – before finally bringing him to settle down in beautiful Sydney.

Originally from the southern part of Austria, nestled in the Alps, Michael has a deep love for water. In a former life he used to be a professional sailor racing boats and crossed the Atlantic several times. His passion is freediving and fishing, especially when it involves exploring remote areas – with his next diving expedition set for one of the most isolated parts of Indonesia.

Florian co-founded a successful Munich-based startup, growing the team to 100 full-time employees in just four years. With a strong academic background in AI and machine learning, he specializes in developing complex, cloud-based B2B SaaS solutions.

Originally from Bavaria, Florian enjoys skiing and hiking, drawing inspiration from his mountainous roots. His adventurous spirit leads him to explore new countries and savor diverse cuisines, combining his love for travel with authentic cultural experiences.
